Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item was delivered damaged or incorrect, email us photos within 14 days of receipt for review. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a new item is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
