At A&CO HOME, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Orders over £100: Free UK shipping
  • Orders under £100: £3.95 standard shipping fee

We use the following carriers based on parcel size, weight, and fragility:

  • Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd Class) for most orders, with delivery expected within 2–3 working days from dispatch.
  • Larger Items – Parcelforce, ensuring secure handling and reliable delivery.
  • Fragile Items – Specialist couriers, offering extra care for delicate or high-value items.

Delivery Delays & Tracking Assistance

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@aandcohome.co.uk, and we will follow up with the relevant courier.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify its contents, so please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK, but we look forward to expanding to international delivery soon.
